It turned out to be a beautiful day today. It was Catechetical Sunday and today I received my pin for teaching the last three years. I would never have thought that I would be teaching, let alone taking Profession in a Monastic community in the Laity of St. Dominic. God does have a way of guiding our life. He knows every step we make along our journey. We may make detours at times but he still continues to hold us close once he has brought us back home to him. Those detours are often minor.
