Words

I love those moments upon waking when a word or tune is heard. This morning I had one and it was in Spanish from one of Josh Grobans songs. The song is called Si Volvieras a Mi. I went in search for it because there was a particular word that was apparent, and that word was mil primaveras, which translates to thousand spring. When I read the lyrics to the complete song there was more meaning than anything for me in one sentence than the whole song and it is the part of it being a miracle each time I see you. For me it is a miracle each time I see Jesus and a blessing to know that he is speaking to my heart and making things so much more clearer. I have begun to understand a bit more that when words from music come it is with God's grace and his blessing. He speaks to us all in different ways, yet for me it is sometimes in this particular way that he comes across. The words of love from a Father who gives consolation to our hearts.

The world can be such a difficult and troubling place. We NEED this consolation from our Heavenly Father who loves us and only wishes good things for us.

Thankyou MC:)

Peace to you my friend

We most certainly do need God's consolation, and maybe more will come to understand that he is with them and they are not alone.

I love that song. Ai si volvieras a mi, seria feliz otra vez...
*sigh
I love applying the lyrics of love songs to Jesus. A young priest friend of mine (the one I mentioned in a recent comment) told me that he had an incredible experience as he was listening to a love song and he thought"I could sing this to Jesus".

Pia I am happy that you do that, and the same for your young priest friend. Music when it is positive has a powerful effect.
