Being Vigilant

No one ever said it was going to be easy following God. It has it's price that we must pay. The battles to stay in faith, strength to fight the foe and love to conquer the hate. Evil has a way of doing much to a soul that is ever near our Lord. The tests that we undergo to survive. And the weaponry is prayer. Asking for the fragrance of God to fill the hearts of those who hate. It was something I did today and asked this very thing when the presence of evil made itself known. Prayer became the force that won the battle. It was a well fought one and God is soo good to have with us in those trials. One thing is never fight that foe without God's protection and asking his assistance even if it was his way of trial. And the second most important one is never forget the Hail Mary as she also gives us aid. I have been finding out, the hard way, to pray instantly when such attacks occur. It has been easier since I no longer doubt what has been happening. Praying quickly has been rewarding in diverting what would have been uncertainty in the matter. Like I said, following God isn't easy. Never give up on faith or God because he is right there with us, every step of the way.

Well, they say we have to "put on the armour of God" for spiritual battles - I guess we'd better make sure we keep it well-oiled...

That's for sure Gabrielle. Or else we would squeek as we walked in faith.

In order to fight for Truth you have to know it.

The enemy is never greater than God...I love the story about Teresa of Avila where the devil woke her up she turned looked at him and then said, 'oh, its only you' rolled over and went back to sleep.

Dont you just LOVE her?

If you have time MC check out our B & B Blog. I did a post about a woman trying to become a size ZERO! The YouTube doco will take about half an hour..I do hope young teenage girls will see this and think different about how women are presented and treated in the media.

Sorry for the long post hon lol.

Peace to you
