Friday

It doesn't take much to change that inner clock of ours. I forgot to change the time on my alarm clock, but it didn't matter I still could not get back to the restful sleep that refreshes us. A tune kept playing itself over and over throughout the time I kept waking up, once I fully woke it went away. There is something about that song BEHOLD.

Well anyway, I went and did the impossible, I forgot my parents anniversary yesterday. Even when I brought my mom to her appointment and I saw the date on the calendar, it didn't strike me and that was unusual. Have I then let my thoughts go so far away then. Have I been praying so much that my thoughts are lost on the simplest things. I love my parents very much, but I also love God so much more. I must have truly then put Him first completely. Where all else takes second place. But he teaches us to love equally not in first or second or third. Just that he seeks us to love Him above all else and the rest follows in such a way that we love others equally, no more no less.

To my mom and dad I love you both with all my heart and on this late day I want to wish you both many more years of wedded bliss and that God may grant you both health and strength to keep the love alive in your hearts for Him and each other. God bless you both.

God bless your parents on their anniversary, mc. And don't worry, they know where your heart is, and I'm sure they wouldn't want it any other way.

It just makes you human MC:). I once forgot my own B'day lol.

As I was surfing the net today I came across this poem and it reminded me of your blog.

Raindrops upon leaf and flower:
the father, infant high on his shoulders:
the air sack within the egg:
a barren branch in springtime:
the timeless fossil:
honey in the waxen comb:
in countless seeds:
in so many ordinary ways,
I meet God who says: I Am.

God's abundant love to you hon:)
