Interviews

I had another interview this afternoon with the same one I had on Friday evening. I did get the job, and for the next few weeks I will be training. And also will be on three months probation. At least I will be able to try to get something else to make 4o hours. I am thankful for the opportunity to have employment. That's a plus no matter what it is. Plus it's hard to find one that doesn't work on Sunday around here. Unless it's manufacturing or office even then some places are open, such as Hospitals, stores etc.

And as usual I thanked our Lord for this opportunity. We had class yesterday and it was also elections at the meeting. Our class isn't part of the elections yet, but we were there to help out. I did the kitchen clean up while the other two collected ballots and counted them. We received our paper work to ask for continuation in the class. If we are to go on, then in September we will be making our first promise and taking on a name for our own. A name came to me yesterday so that is the one I will be going with.

I also received an e mail from my visit at one of the convents on Friday. Now I need to write a letter to give them my discernment of the call to the religious life. I didn't know things could happen so fast, but then again God does work in mysterious ways.
