Adonai

I can't keep this word out of my mind, it just keeps coming, Adonai. I looked it up to see what I was to learn. I know of the O antiphons, but not always the meanings behind the words. Today I am to learn the meaning behind Adonai, which is a name bestowed on God.

My mind must be sluggish, because why would this keep repeating. But as usual God has his ways about revealing what he wants to us. I praise you O Adonai, for your name is holy. God my Father, I beseech you. Hear the plea's of the people who pray for peace.
